Apple banned from selling some iPhones and iPads after Samsung patent win

The International Trade Commission (ITC) sent an order of exclusion to Barack Obama for review.
South Korean manufacturer Samsung Electronics alledges that Apple infringed their patents on 3G technology in the manufacturing process of certain iPhone and iPad models.

ITC has sided with Samsung issuing a final decision on Tuesday, banning Apple electronics in question, citing public policy concerns.

All the exclusion orders are sent to the President who has 60 days to review it. If not the vein, will be in effect.
