Like clockwork, the yearly iPhone launch cycle of Apple is on the course yet again. A recent report states Apple's suppliers are ready to start shipping the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus" later this year.

Apples top Taiwanese suppliers have begun mass-hiring workers. Reports claim that the companies in Taiwan are signing up staff for the construction and prep work of the iPhone 7 line. Foxconn Zhengzhou’s website – a China factory – posted a job ad on its homepage. The advertisement states that it is hiring a plethora of regular workers between the age of 18 and 40. The monthly salary offered is 3,800 RMB. Also, the work starts immediately.

A longer version of the job advertisement is also provided stating prospective employees are urged to apply as soon as possible. The urgency is partly due to the companys busy hotline since a lot of applicants are calling.

The Economic Daily News in Taiwan recently reported that Foxconn and Pegatron another supplier of Apple had accelerated the mass hiring since they are now ready to put together the latest iPhone units. The news mentioned that the recruitment process at the two suppliers had started at least 30 days sooner than in the past years in which Apple has introduced a new

iPhone. This is also a first for Foxconn to kick off lead generation on the mainland as early as the first half of the year.

The Economic Daily News noted that the design and style of the iPhone 7 are more advanced than previous units. This means the suppliers had to begin work on the new smartphone’s components earlier than with the past versions, with assembling personnel requiring far more training than before.

Both iPhone 6s and iPhone 6S Plus units were released to the public in September. Rumors about the launch of the iPhone 7 line have started just this month. Tech websites and vendors

who sell iPhones recently state that Apple is likely to release the iPhone 7 series very soon. The majority of reports have placed the most likely release date in September of this year. The series may also wind up being known as the iPhone Pro.

Other reports from different tech news sites corroborate the possibly September launch of the iPhone 7 series. Apple has consistently launched brand new iPhone models in September since the release of the iPhone 5 on Sept. 21, 2012. The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus were launched on September 25, 2015.

Recent speculations claim that the new 4.7-inch smartphone will oversee an assembly division of work between the Foxconn and the Pegatron. On the other hand, the Foxconn and the

Wistron will supposedly manage the bigger 5.5-inch model. The alleged Wistron’s set up of the newest iPhone units will be a change-up for the company. Apple has not collaborated with the said assembler ever since constructing the iPhone 5c.

There are also rumors that Apple has queued up a number of suppliers for the company’s newest line to minimize risks. No less than two suppliers are on tap for most of the smartphone's key elements, which includes the batteries.
