Looking for a cheaper alternative to the new iPad Mini? Gizmochina spotted this iPad Mini knock-off selling for only $99. Chinese company Goophone named this device the “Goopad Mini”. There’s an 8-inch 1024 x 768 resolution display, a dual-core 1.4GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage and dual-facing cameras. It also runs a customized version of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
“According to GizmoChina, Chinese Apple knockoff company GooPhone has already announced plans to sell the GooPad mini, a new eight-inch tablet that bears a striking resemblance to the just-announced iPad mini,” Reed reports. “The GooPad mini will reportedly sell for just $99 and will be released sometime in November.”
“GooPad is the best iPad knock-off with 9.7 inch screen, it doesn’t stop at this point, when Apple iPad mini is released today, the GooPad mini follow the step of Apple, unveiled with $99 unbelieveable cheap price.”
