The company founded by Bill Gates would seek as well to compete with Apple, who works in a similar clock

The computer giant Microsoft is working on its own “smartwatch” (smart clock), just as it would be doing your competitor Apple, reports today the American newspaper “The Wall Street Journal”

Sources of Asian suppliers assured the newspaper that Microsoft commissioned the manufacture of parts of a clock-intelligent computer. It is not yet clear whether Microsoft will continue forward with the project. The company did not issue a ruling on the matter.

Apple is also working on a “smartwatch”, as reported by several media. For its part, Google is testing a pair of glasses that allow the user to take photos and videos and connect to the Internet, the Google Glass.

Microsoft has already presented in the electronics fair in Las Vegas (CES) 2004 watches with intelligent technology (SPOT) that allowed to receive data via radio waves. However, the clocks SPOT, which went on sale in the hand of Swatch, fossil and Sunnto, did not have a great acceptance in the market, so we put an end to their distribution in 2008.

A week ago, a rumor in the sense that Microsoft would be working smart glasses came to reports of investors in the U.S.
